Fully coated in light-eating Satin-Black and mounted with black-nickel hardware – from the neck pickup to the control plate – and finished with a scratchplate that’s been outlined in subtle red to pick out the red headstock logo, this one-of-a-kind Tele wins all the cool points.
The Japan Limited Noir Telecaster: Exclusive Character
The rosewood fretboard has been hand rubbed with a black stain to give it a darker look and complete the theme, while the U-profile neck strays away from the more-standard modern-C profile of its American-made siblings, offering a distinctly neat feel in the fret-hand and supporting comfortable playability. The standard medium-jumbo frets have also been replaced with a set of narrow-tall frets for improved string grip and a lighter feel, and in terms of sound, this model still sticks to the classic tonal recipe provided by a pair of Vintage-Style Single-Coil Tele® pickups, guaranteeing that authentic Tele-flavoured bite. The Fender Japan Limited Noir comes complete with a gig bag.
