Do you often play fast chops and love a consitent playing feel? Then the drumsticks in the Meinl SB132 Hybrid 8A are for you. This is because these sticks are matched by pitch and weight, which means that the sticks in a set always feel and sound exactly the same. They are made of American hickory and have a long taper. This ensures that you have plenty of rebound and can therefore play quickly with great finesse. The tip contributes to this with its hybrid shape. The tip is namely drop-shaped, and the rest of the tip has the barrel shape. This creates a somewhat darker articulation that sounds smooth.
