Still keeping things affordable for entry-level producers and musicians on the go, the next-gen M-Audio Oxygen MKV keyboard is a USB/MIDI hub packed with options and bundled up with a neat, beginner-friendly software stack. This neat little control centre supplies a two-octave keyboard loaded with full-sized keys, eight performance pads and all of the buttons, encoders and wheels needed to control your plugins. The ideal starting point for a home studio, the Oxygen MKV comes including a copy of Ableton Live Lite recording and production software and a copy of MPC Beats, and since this model is a mere 50cm long, it takes up minimum desktop space and can even be neatly slotted into a backpack alongside a laptop so you can work on the fly.
