Phil ville ha en pickup i storlek med singelspole med vikten och attacken av en fullstor humbucker, men ändå behåller klarheten.
Sockerchakra? är en tjock, krämig pickup med krispiga mellanrum, designad för att kännas som en fullstor humbucker i single coil-form. Den övre änden är slät med mellandelar som biter precis tillräckligt för att skära igenom blandningen.
Phil road testade sockerchakrat? på G3-turnén med Joe Satriani och John Petrucci. Han säger: ”Det är bara väldigt tydligt och exakt men det har alla bollar och eldkraft. Det kommer att bli fantastiskt som ett nytt tillskott till DiMarzio-familjen.

Sugar Chakra? is a thick, creamy pickup with crunchy mids, designed to feel like a full-sized humbucker in single coil form. The top end is smooth with mids that bite just enough to cut through the mix.
Phil road tested the Sugar Chakra? on the G3 tour with Joe Satriani and John Petrucci. He says, ?It?s just really clear and precise but it?s got all the balls and the fire power. It?s gonna be awesome as a new addition to the DiMarzio family.?

This pickup is designed for the bridge position in solid body guitars. The thick tonality and smooth treble makes it favor brighter guitars.
