The ESP LTD EX-201 comes dipped in a light-eating Black Satin paint job and has definitely built to serve pure, unadulterated metal via the single ESP Designed LH-150B humbucker that’s been planted at the bridge, and can be coil-split via the single push/pull volume pot. The meaty yet versatile output is fully supported by the outstanding resonance and sustain of a set-neck construction and the tuning stability of a TOM bridge with stopbar tailpiece, finishing off a super-serious, no-nonsense instrument.
