With the Badwater, Walrus Audio give bassists the chance to whip up high-quality, warped bass sounds in any situation. This multi-effects pedal comes loaded with a preamp, a DI and three especially useful effects. The quick optical compressor both balances and adds presence to your tone, while the drive and sustain pots for the two footswitchable overdrive effects can be tweaked to really set your sound on fire. Meanwhile, the true power of the Walrus Audio Badwater lies in its EQ section since, besides an already potent, 4-band EQ, it’s been polished off with LMF and HMF pots and a blend control so you can meticulously sculpt your tone.
