Decked out with a unique Ziricote top and a natural finish, this axe breathes pure class. Besides a tasteful black Pointed Six-In-Line headstock and the matching black sharkfin inlay work, the Limited Edition Jackson JS42 features a roasted bolt-on maple neck to maximise stability and a hardware set finished in gold and a matching gold pickguard to set everything off and give this Concorde-style instrument a truly refined finish.

The reliable feel of the neck teams up with the light feel of a set of twenty-four jumbo frets and a compound fretboard radius which graduates from a round 12 inches at the headstock for a tight grip when grabbing chords and riffs, to a flatter 15 inches for effortless bends and vibratos. This supreme level of comfort is supported by the solid tuning of a Floyd Rose Licensed Double-Locking tremolo bridge and the full-fat gain of a set of two High Output humbuckers coupled with a three-way switch, and a volume and tone pot.
