The Rode Wireless Go II wireless microphone system sets you up with a dual receiver and a transmitter with an integrated microphone. Built with interviewing vloggers and YouTubers in mind, the receiver comes fitted with a mini-jack output for direct connection to the audio input of a smartphone, tablet, computer, or laptop, and for an even more streamlined set up, provides a USB-C port so it can be set up as a neat little audio interface. While the clip-on transmitter already comes with an integrated omnidirectional microphone, it’s also been finished with a microphone input so you can just as easily hook up you’re own lavalier or headset microphone. Since signal interference and drop-out can happen with even the best wireless set-ups, the Wireless Go II comes with a clever back-up system that automatically saves the audio to an internal memory built into the transmitter, thoughtfully saving you grief in the long run. The Rode Wireless Go II operates over the licence free, 2.4GHz frequency band.
