The One Control Butter Yellow Auto Quack envelope filter / auto-wah immediately responds to any playing dynamics it detects in the signal. Not only that, designer Björn Juhl has made sure the BYAQ is compatible with basses as well as electric guitars. There’s a mini-switch fitted to the side of this compact stompbox that lets you toggle the filter range from Mellow to Bright or vice versa, while the Bias control determines the starting point for the filter and the Decay pot dials in its limit. A Sensitivity control for filter volume concludes the lay-out of the Butter Yellow Auto Quack – a dependable, harmonic auto-wah that will do exactly as told…or set up.
