As the name implies, the Austrian Audio OC18 Dual Set Plus includes two of the large-diaphragm condenser microphones equipped with a ceramic CKR6 capsule that’s based on a classic and renowned Austrian design. In addition, the OC18 microphones feature a low-cut filter and a PAD switch to accommodate close-miking, while the included shock mounts keep the microphones suspended to avoid contact noise from getting picked up. Since making true-to-life stereo recordings in an X-Y or ORTF configuration using the included stereo bar couldn’t be easier, the OC18 Dual Set Plus fully prepares you to take on any studio-based challenge.
