This forward-thinking setup immediately gives the fret hand an incomparably smooth and agile ride across the roasted maple fretboard and neck since it tightens up the bass strings and results in a more controlled and accurate feel, while the long-lasting set of 24 stainless steel frets deliver a fast response and the Luminous front and side dots aid navigation.
The Cort X-700 Mutility: Modern Sound
The X-700 Mutility has a snugly contoured mahogany body topped with maple and ash for a subtle and effortlessly cool finish that also adds naturally deep basses and clear trebles to the overall sound. This foundation is expanded by the far-reaching tone of a pair of mounted Fishman Fluence Modern humbuckers complete with a two-way voice switch hidden inside the push-pull volume pot. Split the coils to conjure everything from sparkling cleans to thick and brutal distortion, all with the solid support of a fixed bridge and the superbly accurate intonation and lush sustain provided by individually adjustable saddles. The singular Cort X-700 comes complete with a gig bag.
