Tama’s Imperialstar drum kits have been popular for years. That’s no surprise as they sound good, they’re attractively priced and versatile too. They’re also renowned for their excellent quality. The shells in this kit are made of six plies of poplar and are a total of 8mm thick. The kit also includes all the hardware you need, as well as cymbals, a bass drum pedal and even a drum throne. This version has a Coffee Teak Wrap finish.
Tama IE62H6W-CTW Imperialstar Coffee Teak Wrap 6-Piece Drum Kit
The configuration of the IE62H6W Imperialstar kit is as follows: a 22 x 16-inch bass drum; two rack toms of 10 x 7-inches and 12 x 8-inches, a 14 x 13-inch floortom and a 16 x 15-inch floortom with a 14 x 5-inch snare drum to finish, and each drum features the Tama Precision Bearing Edges. The hardware pack includes two cymbal stands (one with a boom arm), a hi-hat stand, snare drum stand, a double tom holder, a stool and a kick pedal. To complete this already comprehensive setup, three Meinl cymbals have been thrown in: one 14-inch hi-hat, a 16-inch crash and a 20-inch ride. All that’s left is the sensitive job of picking out your own set of sticks.
